Currently this PR is a WIP, and it will:

  • Adds an Readme.md to aceEdits
  • Skips aceEdits when dependencies aren't there
  • Fixes mission tester checklist safe start item text
  • Changes the AMA public functions to use JIP event IDs
  • Fleshes out comments for fnc_initForceEndSafeStart
