This PR adds a setting that allows a client to choose a color for the ORBAT to highlight a unit with. The unit normally passed to the ORBAT is the player, as such the primary use is to highlight the player in the ORBAT. By default the color is set to white (same as before), but can be changed in the "Potato - User" CBA settings to be another color.
