BedquiltDB Examples

This repo contains various example apps demonstrating how to work with BedquiltDB.

Setup

To set up a bedquilt_example database pre-seeded with example data, run python seed/create_database.py

Then cd into one of the example project directories and read the README.md file for instructions on how to run the example app.
