I think it would be interesting if you used different ciphers for each step, sort of tying into the thing where even if your final cipher is literally unbreakable, if your key is just encrypted with something stupid like a Caesar cipher it's not gonna save you, but it's up to you

This would make for another good (and slightly more diff) challenge. Good idea that is free for the taking but if nobody does take it, I might just do it.
