Description

Update screenshots, add banner and icon images for WordPress.org Plugin directory, and move them all to their own directory.

Fixes #627.

The banner and icons aren't brilliant, but that's what you get when a developer tries to be a designer for 10 minutes!

Deploy Notes

As the new directory is named .wordpress-org, then as per our deploy mechanism, the image contents will get pushed into the assets directory in SVN.

Steps to Test

None. The file names match those documented the in Plugin Developer Handbook.
