We used to have a Patch
https://github.com/zymex22/Project-RimFactory-Revived/blob/45df7bd34fd5a20c7106b1dfa1f9ec615ce21cf3/Source/ProjectRimFactory/Common/HarmonyPatches/PathGridPatch.cs
That set the Patch Cost of the DSU to 0
This is now possible via XML

Should we do that?
