Device fail to get DeviceID resulting in Unknown Device and non-functional device

Hi,

I've recently migrated my Domoticz installation from OZW to Z-Wave JS UI over MQTT.
Everything have worked well until Z-Wave JS should fetch the information from some of my devices. I have 13 z-wave devices in total whereof six fail to acquire their DeviceID's or their full configurations, one Qubino LED dimmer and a couple of Fibaro Wall Plugs (FGWPE/F-102). Resulting in missing configuration possibilities and primarily, the switching action is missing for all these devices.

The failing devices outputted a time-out error during their initial interview. I've then tried to re-interview them, when that failed I found the option in settings (Z-wave JS UI) to prolong the device report time. But this did unfortunately not solve the problem.

I've also looked into the Z-wave JS device database and found that the Fibaro device that I've have the problem with (FGWPE/F-102) is not listed, there are a FGWPE/F-101 and a FGWP-102. The Qubino dimmer on the other hand has an existing json-configuration in the db. Can the missing json-configuration be the cause of my problems or is that unrelated to the fact that I can't acquire their DeviceID's?

Also, I scoured through the log-files but I can't seem to find what the issue is, other than the controller timed out during the interview phase.

Are there anyone who have encountered this and/or have any ideas on how to solve?

UPDATE:
I managed to find and resolve the issue that caused the error 'Unknown manufacturer 0xXXXX'/'Unknown product 0xXXXX'.

The problem was that I overlooked to migrate the old "Network Security Key" from the OZW configuration in Domoticz, to the 'S0 Legacy' under Settings / Z-wave / Security Keys. As soon as i did that and re-interviewed the affected devices, they acquired the correct DeviceID and configuration.
