@renbang8877618 no issues over here, just tried it and they can be downloaded from the forums.
Sorry but I can't upload the files here on GitHub because .txz and .md5 files are not supported by GitHub.

EDIT: Send me a private message on the forums and I'll send them to you or try it again (maybe try another browser).
