As a follow-up to PR #864 , the code from this specific PR along with similar systemd code from zproject_debian.gsl and zproject_redhat.gsl has to be moved to zproject_systemd.gsl, and consolidated / optimized to avoid code redundancy, and address "main" and "bin", along with ".service" and ".timer"

Note: Treatment of bin equivalent to main, when service or timer attar are set, is addressed now in PR #875 (and partially by #873 before that)
