Resolved. Instructions from `https://support.tymeshift.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003993613-Install-Zendesk-Quicktab-Chrome-Extension' were incorrect

INCORRECT

1. Go the GitHub repository and download the file by clicking on the Image_2020-07-07_at_1.20.09_PM.png.
2. In the drop-down, select to download the Zip file.
3. Once downloaded, extract the Zip file into a permanent location because Chrome will externally load the files (Note: if the file is moved or deleted, the Zendesk Quicktab extension will no longer work).
4. Go to your Chrome browser, and input chrome://extensions in the address bar.
5. Once you have unzipped the file, drag and drop the folder called app within the folder namedImage_2020-07-07_at_1.25.43_PM.png into your chrome extensions page.

CORRECT
