Message discovery

Support the progressive discovery of messages a zell understands. This should be as interactive as possible and not just send back a huge formal description of all messages. Stay with the philosophy of small messages.

Maybe just send back description plus examples of understood messages. They could be grouped further which is up to the Zell. It should also be possible to find out whether a specific message will be understood and maybe return a description of what it would do.

Questions about specific part of messages are then asked separately. For example to get descriptions or to find out what messages a certain Zell needs to understand.
