This is a new 2022 Task for NW-AIRQUEST.

Extend the ML forecasts from 3 to 5 days (experimental trial).
Expand geographical coverage of ML forecast model results to include Oregon and Idaho. (I noticed that Idaho DEQ now includes WA and OR in their ML model results.)
