The documentation for 'Design a new API Thumbnail' needs to be removed since this feature is not available in the API Manager 4.2.0 Publisher Portal.

Since the 'Design a new API Thumbnail’ feature[1] is not available in the API Manager 4.0.0 onwards, please remove the documentation[1] from the doc spaces.
