As mentioned in the doc[1], when importing a common policy into a new environment, the following error occurs:
PS C:\Users\WSO2\Documents\ctlTest\ctl\apictl> .\apictl.exe import policy api -f testEnv1/Test_v1.zip -e testEnv2
apictl: Policy Directory name and policy files are not consistent Reason: Test.j2 should be equivalent to the policy name C:\Users\WSO2\AppData\Local\Temp\apim3375471245\Test
Exit status 1
But when manually checking the files mentioned in the error, there were no name differences.
