Can we add a "Dealbreaker" or similar category higher than Very Important #3

For each: not relevant, not very important, somewhat important, very important

As in, if they have bad hours, it's a dealbreaker or something. Something stronger than Very Important, like Paramount, Most Important, or Essential?

I'm thinking about removing the labels for these questions and instead assigning a five point score (i.e. adding a neutral middle option), with 1 being of the lowest importance and 5 being the highest importance. Rather than asking people to judge the functional difference between, for example, "not very" and "somewhat". Thoughts?
