Are these _The_ Thirteen Factors, or can we have more? #2

I think equity could be mentioned with salary? There can definitely be more than 13 - we mentioned the number to make the question clear - but I am (always) concerned with keeping the length of the survey manageable. I wonder if corporate governance is too vague a term? What are we really asking: how important is the type of organization? For every person who would rather work for a PBC, an NGO, a non-profit, or in education or government I bet there's another who would avoid those types of organizations at all costs in favor of a for-profit corporation. I'm not sure how to word that in a way that makes sense internationally as well (I wasn't previously familiar with the term public benefit corporation). And would this new addition overlap with organization culture? |

I dunno if equity counts as salary or benefits, and I'm probably one of the few folx who does get equity, but it's out there.
I also work for a public benefit corporation, which is less about reputation and more about how they're organized/governed. Maybe corporate governance can be part of that line (I'm now a lot more willing to work for a PBC than any traditional corp).
