Imported subscription does not renew

Hi,

I've created a CSV with the proper fields and values to import a subscription. The import succeeded, created a new user, emailed the user the password reset, and created an active subscription for that user, but in the end, it says due to missing payment metadata, the subscription will not auto-renew on the next payment date.
I've included the Stripe customer ID and the Stripe payment method ID in the CSV. Is there something else missing ?
