[Post-NUX] Add "Get paid with Square" option to Woo start checklist that links into NUX onboarding flow

Describe the enhancement

With the changes coming in #105, #145, and associated changes on improving the merchant onboarding one item came up in testing/review about how to get merchants back into that flow if they happen to escape out / leave / what-have-you and want or need to get back into the flow. Currently there's the "Setup Wizard" link on the Installed Plugins page (and we're looking at adding into the "Help" pulldown menu in Woo Settings to add a Square Onboarding item there). One additional tweak that would also be helpful is adding a Square item into the Woo start checklist that would similarly link back into the setup wizard.

In the screenshot below, the concept would be to add a "Get paid with Square" after "Add your products" that would show as an available numbered item if the merchant has NOT yet gotten to the NUX "Congratulations" screen where they've successfully connected to Square. If the merchant HAS gotten to the NUX "Congratulations" screen then the "Get paid with Square" item should show as checked / cross off (but still allow for linking into the NUX flow if desired).

Note that this is being assessed and may get handled by another Woo team, so let's hold off on picking up this work until we're more certain this needs to be done by our team here.
