Crash some backend formwidget behavior

When the debugbar plugin is active, some form widgets work in a degraded way.

 TypeError: $ is not a function 
     backend/system/mailbrandsettings:815
 ReferenceError: PhpDebugBar is not defined 
     backend/system/mailbrandsettings:1680

The ones that seems broken for me at this time:

• Color picker
• Icon picker

Yeah I've noticed that as well a few times. Not sure what we can do to resolve it at the moment, do you have some time to dig into it a bit?
