Free sample tests are no longer available

The tests linked from the README https://github.com/CoSMoSoftware/KITE-Sample-Tests are returning 404 for me, should this be removed from the README? or are this another source of sample tests?

There are other dead links too throughout the codebase that also may need to be updated:
