Negative and positive values in a barchart

I don't know if there is a way to show both negative and positive values, with the Y axis ranging bewteen min and max values, but with 0 still the value of the x axis, so that the negative bars appear 'below' the x axis. Like attached.

I have the same issue but on a line chart
