Feature Request Operator | Notify operator in the logs that a non-valid username value was specified in preferred_username

Description

Setting GORILLA_USE_IDENTIFIER_CLAIMS to true will use the preferred_username from the ID token. If the value of preferred_username is not a valid W&B Server username (a.g. an email address), it should notify the operators in the logs that this is the case.

Currently, it will change the username and make the username text field editable. The image shows how it will look like:
