Ability to close the "Have ideas to make..." and save choice.

I use cairovm quite often but I would like to be able to use the whole area of the editor as here:

Currently, I can't find any other option than manually editing the HTML. I would like a similar option like with the about banner below (also it would be cool to have the choice persisted somewhere):

Maybe the contribution info could be moved to the about banner?

@kwkr full screen functionality is currently being implemented in #89 which will also resolve this problem. By entering fullscreen (one can use the f shortcut for that) the app will expand vertically and the "Have ideas to make..." banner will go below the screen fold... We don't need the functionality to remove that part given this context.

Anyways: thank you for this idea and for trying to make the tool better! Feel free to submit more issues like this
