App must have Android 12 (API-Level 31) or higher by End of August

i just got the mail from Google play team, saying that we need to increase API level of the app by End of August.

In German only:

1 deiner Apps ist von den Anforderungen an das Ziel-API-Level von Google Play betroffen

Wir haben festgestellt, dass 1 deiner Apps auf eine alte Android-Version ausgerichtet ist. Wir möchten unseren Nutzern eine möglichst sichere Umgebung bieten. Aus diesem Grund müssen alle Apps bei Google Play bis zum 31.08.2023 die Anforderungen an das Ziel-API-Level erfüllen.

The app no longer is downloadable on android 14 via google play. I'm assuming it's due to this.

Yes. @tcitworld has the keys to do that. If i can support anyhow, please let me known.

Just sent the latest release build to Google Play, but since there was many many new rules to approve it might be a while before it's published.
An APK is available here in the meantime: https://github.com/wallabag/android-app/releases/tag/2.5.0, and F-Droid should pick up the new version soon.

Downloaded using Obtainium and GitHub and installing either still yields 2.4.3 instead of 2.5.0.

Had tried removing Wallabag and tried again and still only 2.4.3.

Any idea why?
