What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have multiple reports imported into the one workbook.
2. Login to Salesforce.com through addin
3. press'Refresh All' on the data tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is a refresh of the existing reports. This happens, however
sometimes it will create duplicate connections and multiple named ranges.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? With
what Salesforce.com edition?
Addin version = 1.8.1.3
Excel 2007 and also Excel 2010 (both seem to have this issue)
Windows (32 bit)NT 5.01
Worksheet version 1.8.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
