Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Evaluators of VIVO could easily make VIVO looks similar as institutional web site.

Describe the solution you'd like
Two approaches should be supported:

simple customization
- log in as root administrator
- open SiteAdmin-> Site Information
  - upload logo
  - define institutional colors (color picker should be supported)
    - primary color
    - secondary color
    - background color
    - footer background color
advance customization
- log in as root administrator
- open SiteAdmin-> Site Information
- download existing css of the theme
- upload of custom css

After saving Site Information form, the changes should be applied
