Never Finishes (Install Cancelled)

So I was trying to install Vendetta using the manager, but it always says at the end "Install Cancelled". I think I've given it the necessary permissions but okay.

Specs:
Redmi Note 12 Pro
Around 12GB extended memory.

Afaik disabling MIUI optmization helps. Or Vendetta Manager needs a switch to toggle back "native installer" instead of "session" installer
