Add buyback auctions to the "full madness" fuzzing runs.

Additionally

add a "sane" scenario to the more sane fuzzing runs.
from the sane scenario: produce some plots validating the behaviours (we want to see the right amounts used up, markets entering auctions). We wouldn't expect to see an impact on price since that comes entirely from an external source (pre-created gbm or historical or ... ).
