Add Vega Wallet browser extension to Vega Wallet page, navigation, make primary, explain what it's used for
Explain that the Desktop Wallet is now in maintenance mode

Additional details / background info

Caveat will appear on the website too https://github.com/vegaprotocol/vega.xyz/issues/745 along the lines of

The Vega Wallet desktop app is now in maintenance mode and has been replaced by the browser extension.

For advanced users those who need multi wallet support or are working with our APIs, explore the Vega Wallet desktop app project on Github ↗ in order to install the latest release.
