Today the plugin watches for version changes in a package. What are your thoughts on watching for property changes? This could be used in conjunction with versioning.

The use case I see:
A pipeline triggers when it sees a package of a certain package version AND property.
This allows us to tag packages for DEV or PRD releases . And certain pipelines can ignore or accept packages based on the tags (implemented via Artifactory property)
