Problem

In the waku-rln-relay spec, circuit parameters are not clearly specified. This will affect the power-of-tau and circuit-dependent ceremonies hence the generated prover/verifier keys.

• Identifying the circuit parameters
• documenting them in the waku-rln-relay RFC
