objective: to take the millions of feature vectors we've already generated and put them in this repository
question: in the hybridization/cas9 repos, the directories "extended targets", "targets", and "metadata" all have files in them. However, in this openimages repo there are different subfile structures. Are these important? Should we bring the h5 files over and overwrite the file architecture that already exists?
