Card image upload speed

Hello Jakarta Team!

One of the updates we made to cards has been to improve the way we handle images. This allows us to handle multiple image types (perhaps gifs soon...) and larger images also. However, here in Boston the new image upload feels a bit slow. This happens when you swipe to submit your report. Can you confirm whether report submission "feels" slower or faster than previously?
