Overseas Contingency Operations

For "Overseas Contingency Operations," a lead IG is chosen (from the State, DOD, and USAID IGs) to oversee everything related to the operation. At least semiannually quarterly, a report must be posted online regarding oversight of the operation. We should ensure we're picking up reports released under this authority.
