Plum Settings showing error "Failed Ajax request or invalid JSON returned."

I have installed OJS 3.3.0.14 and installed Plum Artifact Widget plugin. When I go to the settings of the plugin, a pop up comes up and shows this error:

Failed Ajax request or invalid JSON returned.

I checked the error log and saw this message:
