Create Styling specific to Pitt

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Styling of dimes is limited to only Rockefeller Archive Center, and we want it to be specific for Pitt.

Describe the solution you'd like

Change CSS to fit Pitt's branding style guide, limit changes to components to ensure compatibility as much as possible but change where need to, and use the messages.po in the en locale to change the text when that is all that is needed to be changed.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using only translation bindings is not possible as some text requires different formatting that is not fully available in all bindings.

Additional context

CSS styles are split in two parts, one is within the component's styles. The other is a part of their style library. Our style library which is built off of their is here.
