目标：开发一个系统自带的看图软件，需要简洁、快速、样式美观、支持绝大多数图片格式、拥有基本的放大缩小旋转等功能，操作方式符合设计。
可以参考现有开源软件如eom、eog等代码。
附：Win10自带图片查看器样式
