Regional Workflow
Workflow repository cloned by ufs-srweather-app to support the end-to-end FV3-SAR system (including pre-processing, model integration, and post-processing).

Users must now clone the ufs-srweather-app repository to run the regional workflow with the FV3-SAR. The ufs-srweather-app repository uses manage_externals to clone regional_workflow, along with the other respective repositories required to run the end-to-end system.
