Migrate to POX's latest software_switch #42

Our software_switch is somewhat old, and isn't perfectly openflow compliant.

The latest POX branch has improved on software_switch substantially, including showing openflow compliance with oftest.

This will mostly just involve small changes to how we invoke the software_switch API.
