Search button is slided to the right

Search button is outside of input field. This looks strange and might be a bug.
This is persistent for Firefox (version 76.0.1) and Chromium (version 81.0.4044.138), but differs slightly. I'm using Fedora 32 (kernel version 5.6.14-300.fc32.x86_64).

The problem is explained here. You can fix it by setting width: 100%; or min-width: 0; on the input element.
