Change Logs for App Updates Empty

Hey everyone I am using Emby, Frigate and Transmission and I have done about 3 updates to each app over the course of the last month. Problem I have is that not once was there any change logs when doing the update. It's really hard to know if you should do an update or not if you don't know what has changed.. Did this fix a simple spelling mistake or was it major. This would be really helpful to know!
