Similar to CsWinRT: https://github.com/microsoft/CsWinRT/blob/465773913ca37fd4559b20567585d7f88e7e98b6/src/WinRT.Runtime/ExceptionHelpers.Microsoft.cs#L97

Presumably projections.json would specify how to map hresult values to custom error types.
