It seems OK with Chrome on a Samsung Galaxy using Android 14.

Could you please provide more details and possibly a video / screenshot?
Also are you able to provide logs by any chance?

Android native browser cannot load charts!Chrome is ok!

Would the browser be "Mi Browser"? otherwise what's its name?

Yes,It is "Mi Browser"!For Vivo phones, it is "Vivo Browser".
