Use uutils

I'm not sure if it fits with the project goals but there's a rust implementation of the GNU coreutils called uutils.
Is it possible to use such a package?

Hi! Yes, I have used uutils in my nenuzhnix setup previously. The biggest reason it is not yet added to the repository is the lack of support for Rust on NGTC side. It's possible to update NGTC and then build uutils using the common build process. Feel free to try!

It's easy to update the outdated packages by just modifying the control and source files.
