How to run a FIFO 720 or 1080 on Kubuntu 16.04?

Hi, I have GHCD well compiled in Kubuntu 16.04 and running an excellent stream in PAL/NTSC output mode (working both for FIFO or DISK mode). But when I switch to HD mode output (in 720 or 1080), the FIFO stream is not recognized anymore (in the Linux console, GCHD is telling that the stream is going on well). The DISK output mode is running ok in 720/1080 with correct recorded mp4 files. But the FIFO output with HD parameters seems not to be supported. I would thank any comment or help regarding this problem...
