Add the Ability to Transfer Rows Between Databases

Description

I would like to request a new feature that would greatly enhance the usability of AFFiNE. Specifically, it would be extremely useful to have the ability to move or copy rows from one database to another within the application.

Current Behavior:

At the moment, if a user needs to transfer a row from one database to another, they must manually recreate the row in the target database. This process is time-consuming and prone to errors, especially when dealing with large amounts of data or complex entries.

Requested Feature:

Please add a feature that allows users to easily transfer rows between databases. Ideally, this functionality would include:

A straightforward "Move" or "Copy" option accessible from the row's context menu or a toolbar.
The ability to select the target database from a list.

Use case

This feature would be particularly useful in scenarios where:

A row needs to be moved from a temporary or staging database to a permanent database.
Information needs to be reorganized as projects or categories evolve.
Data needs to be transferred across different teams or departments using separate databases.
