Hi,
I have done a lot of updates on the template and will soon to a PR on this.

I just want to confirm that changes I have done.

Added MariaDB part of the template
Adding StorageClass as an option
Using Default NextCloud 20-fpm instead of 12-fpm.
Adding S3 AWS Primary Storage as an option

I have a issue where the nginx-deploy failes all the time but the nginx goes up as it should, maybe someone knows how that works.
