tinymce6.7.0存在编辑器滚动条跳动问题 #3034

编辑文章后，点击undo或者redo按钮，编辑器的滚动条会出现随机滚动，在官方给出分示例也有这个问题。
预计：回退或者前进，滚动条不刷新，光标定位到当前位置。
tinymce6.x的最新版本好像都有这个问题。
