iBEC error is not resolved even after trying the suggested solution #352

I am curently tring to upgrade my jailbroken iphone 6s+ that is on 13.5(uncover) to ios 14.4(the only signed versin is 14.4.2 which to my knowledge has all requirements needed) and the iBEC error is not resolved even after trying the suggested solution and other solution that i have found online

i am using FR ver 194 on win10

is there any other suggestion to solution for this error?
