Add Option to use Solved Indicator as Prefix

There's been at least 3 requests already for the option to show the solved indicator before the topic/post title instead of after. This is a feature I'd like to add to this extension at some point.

isn't it possible to change it by change viewtopic_topic_title_append.html to viewtopic_topic_title_prepend.html
